Your Visit Step by Step
From Parking to Goodbye
Here is exactly what happens β no surprises, no unknowns.
1
Arrival
You Pull Up β and the Park is Ready
Free parking is right inside the gates. Just pull up to the treat trailer When you arrive, the park is already set up, clean, and waiting for you. There are no other dogs in sight and no chaos to navigate β just a calm, welcoming space. Kerry will be at the Treat Trailer to welcome you and will let your dog set the pace from the very first moment.
For anxious dogs: take a moment in the car park before you go in. Let your dog sniff the air and take in the smells. There is no rush β Kerry will wait for you.

Welcome
Kerry is There to Meet You
Kerry welcomes every visitor personally at the Treat Trailer. She will greet you warmly, but she will not approach your dog unless you let her know it is okay. Your dog is always in control of that first interaction. Kerry will give you a quick walkthrough of the space, how the double gate works, and where you can sit or wander during the session.
Double gate system
You enter through two gates β the outer closes fully before the inner opens.
Tell Kerry everything
Triggers, fears, favourite games β she loves knowing what makes your dog tick.
Prefer a quiet entry? Just let us know in your booking notes for a 100% no-contact check-in.

Off the Leash
Into Their Kingdom
Once safely inside the inner gate, the leash comes off and 5,000 square feet of private park is entirely theirs. No other dogs. No strangers. Just uninterrupted freedom. Most dogs either do a quick perimeter sniff first or head straight into a zoomie lap. Either way, they usually settle fast once they realise the space is fully theirs.
4
Play Time
The Enrichment Zones Are All Theirs
Once settled, most dogs start exploring the enrichment features in their own way. Every feature is designed for a different kind of pup.
Ball Pit
Great for curious and playful pups who love to dig, dive, and carry toys around.
Splash Zone
A great way to cool down and play on warmer days.
Lookout Perch
Perfect for dogs who like to pause, observe, and take it all in.
5
Treat Time
Gourmet Treat Time
At the end of every session, Kerry brings out a handcrafted gourmet doggy cupcake made with all-natural ingredients. It is the perfect way to end the visit on a positive note and helps your dog build a happy association with Pooch Kingdom.
6
Until Next Time
Kerry Says Goodbye
At the end of the session, Kerry says goodbye to you and your pup and often shares a few little wins she noticed along the way. Before you leave, you are welcome to browse handcrafted treats to take home. Most dogs go home tired, calm, and happy β the good kind of exhausted that comes from stress-free play.
Yes, guaranteed. Your session is completely private. No other dogs, no overlapping bookings, and no crowded dog park stress. The space is cleaned and reset between every visit so when you arrive, it is just you and your dog.
That is completely normal, especially on a first visit. Some dogs spend their whole first session sniffing, watching, and taking everything in. That still counts as a great visit. There is no pressure for your dog to do anything except feel safe.
Absolutely. You are welcome to stay right beside your dog for the whole session or relax as they settle in. There is no right or wrong way to do it.
Yes. This is one of the biggest reasons people book Pooch Kingdom. The park is fully fenced and has a double gate system, so you can take everything slowly and let your dog adjust at their own pace.
That is okay too. Some dogs need a couple of visits before they fully relax. You can end the session early if needed and there is no judgement. Kerry will always help you work out what might make the next visit easier.
Most first visits are quieter than expected, and that is exactly what these dogs need.
