Everything you need to know about ordering treats from Pooch Kingdom.

Shipping is currently unavailable. All orders are free pickup at Pooch Kingdom or local delivery to eligible Murrieta and Temecula ZIP codes. Cakes are pickup only.

Please allow 5–7 days for production. For special occasions, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks ahead. Orders needed in less than 5 days require Kerry's approval and a $10 rush fee per order, so please call (408) 707-7250 or email contact@poochkingdom.com before ordering.

1. Browse our shop and pick your treats.
2. Place your order online. Payment is taken at checkout.
3. Choose free pickup or local delivery at checkout.
4. We prepare your order and confirm your pickup or delivery.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. If anything changes with your order, we'll reach out directly.

Free pickup at Pooch Kingdom, 20105 Avenida De Arboles, Murrieta, CA 92562 (La Cresta). Pickup is by appointment: please contact Kerry to confirm your pickup date and time before collecting your order.

Local delivery to eligible Murrieta and Temecula ZIP codes is $7, free on orders of $75 or more with code FREE75. Choose pickup or delivery at checkout.

Cakes are pickup only.

Because our treats are made fresh and to order, we don't accept returns. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, please reach out within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and we'll do our best to make it right. We take pride in every batch and want your pup to love what they get.

Each product page lists its ingredients. If your dog has an allergy, please contact Kerry before ordering.
