Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about ordering treats from Pooch Kingdom.
Where We Ship
We currently ship throughout California. All orders are shipped via USPS or a similar carrier depending on size and location. We're a small operation based in Murrieta, CA, and for now we're keeping shipping within the state so every order arrives fresh.
Turnaround Time
Orders are made in small batches, which means your treats are baked or prepared after you order. Expect a turnaround of 5 to 7 days from the time your order is placed. For birthdays, holidays, or special occasions, we recommend ordering at least a week in advance so we can get everything just right.
How It Works
1. Browse our shop and pick your treats.
2. Place your order online. Payment is taken at checkout.
3. We prepare your order fresh in our licensed commercial kitchen.
4. Your treats are carefully packaged and shipped to your door.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. If anything changes with your order, we'll reach out directly.
Pickup at the Park
If you're local to Murrieta, you're welcome to collect your order at Pooch Kingdom. Pickup is available by appointment only at 20105 Avenida De Arboles, Murrieta CA 92562. Just let us know at checkout if you'd prefer pickup over shipping. You can also collect during a scheduled park session.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We keep rates as fair as possible. Pickup orders ship free (obviously).
Packaging & Care
We take every step to make sure your treats arrive in perfect condition. Each order is carefully wrapped and cushioned to prevent breakage during transit. That said, once your package is handed off to USPS, it's in their hands. Pooch Kingdom is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they've been shipped. If your order goes missing or arrives damaged by the carrier, you'll need to file a claim directly with USPS. We're happy to provide any tracking info or documentation you need to get that sorted.
Returns & Refunds
Because our treats are made fresh and to order, we don't accept returns. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right. We take pride in every batch and want your pup to love what they get.
Allergies & Dietary Needs
All ingredients are listed on every product page. We use simple, dog-safe ingredients like peanut butter, pumpkin, oat flour, banana, honey, and carob. No artificial colours, preservatives, or fillers. If your dog has specific dietary needs, reach out before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
